Paul Tigner, is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of CPA’s. He also holds other designations in Business Appraisal and Fraud Examination. He has over 30 years of financial analytical experience in legal matters. As founder and President of FairShare Financial, P.C., Atlanta, GA, he provides consulting and expert witness services as well as financial neutral services primarily to law firms and their clients in the areas of forensic accounting, financial valuation and economic damages.
Mr. Tigner holds memberships in various professional organizations including the American Institute of CPA’s, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. He is a past president of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners-Tampa Bay Chapter and a past member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Committee, the Florida Institute of CPA’s Litigation Services Committee and Relations with the FL Bar Committee. Mr. Tigner is a frequent instructor to CPA societies, bar associations, and educational organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration-Accountancy from Georgia State University.
Having joined our team in 2007, as the Director of Operations for Fairshare Financial® Tracie is responsible for maintaining day-to-day practice support operations and oversees administrative activities. She plays a key role in client relations, firm development, human resources, marketing, and practice management. Tracie obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee with a B.A.S in Psychology.
Rachel is a Certified Public Accountant. Having joined our team in 2012, as a Client Manager she is responsible for financial analysis, tracing, preparation, reconstruction and reconciliation of accounting and tax records as well as business valuation for all types of clients. Rachel is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvior and is currently working towards her business valuation designation. She is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Rachel is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she obtained her BSBA in Accounting.
